Developed together by Morrish Homes and Wyatt Homes, this small community of 56 new homes was designed to reflect the individual character and architecture of Romsey with traditional exteriors perfectly balanced with bright, modern interiors
Luzborough is a small site and so it was not possible to incorporate many of the amenities that will be available at both Mountbatten Park and Whitenap, however it’s close location to Romsey provides its residents with a wealth of conveniences on the doorstep. This includes the next door Luzborough House Pub, which is owned by The Ashfield Estate.
At limited scale place-making presents different challenges. At Luzborough, we hope that we have built something which has its own identity and character but reflects the built tradition of Romsey. Edible streets, habitats for wildlife, an informal green space and walled garden were incorporated into the scheme.
A traditional Estate engaged in local food and farming, habitat and landscape improvement, public access, and building community through legacy development.
